What to Do in Case of Error
Try the following methods step by step:
- Refresh the page. If everything works, the issue is resolved.
- Check the status of Kommo account subscriptions and our app. They must be paid to continue working.
- Open the page in a different browser or in Incognito mode. If everything works, the error lies in the cache. How to clear cache.
- Reinstall the app. Reconfiguration will not be required. All your data and changes will be saved.

- App name;
- Kommo account ID;
- Which page the error occurs on;
- What exactly you are doing;
- What goes wrong;
- Does the error occur for all managers;
- Attach a screenshot of the error.
