App Configuration

How to open the app settings:

  1. Go to the “Settings” section. Open the “Integrations” tab:

  1. Open the “Installed” section:

  1. Click on the app:

  1. Done! The settings are divided into six sections:

  • «Tasks» — configuring tasks for planned or overdue payments,
  • «Features» — additional settings for payment synchronization and verifications,
  • «Export» — customizing the fields to be exported to an XLSX table from the lead card and analytics section,
  • «Status» — creating custom payment statuses for labeling them in lead cards and analytics,
  • «Sync» — setting up payment reminders to clients using Salesbot,
  • «Loan» — automatically creating installment plans through Digital Pipeline.
